OVERVIEW

In today's world of app overload, with constant logins and tab switching, Traderstools stands out as a streamlined solution for traders to enhance their workflow and boost efficiency.

As the product lead for Traderstools, I'm in charge of product design and management, guiding the development process to elevate customer experience, retention, and conversion, while increasing brand visibility. Additionally, I manage our social media presence, creating both static and animated content to engage our audience and expand our reach.

MISSION

Built the product from 0 to 1, gaining clarity on our target users' pain points through research and testing, to create an impactful solution.

Here are some solutions I worked on to enhance the product and help the company grow ⬇️

User conversion

Identified a gap in our paid ad campaigns, where users were downloading the app but not creating accounts.

🎯 To address this, I revamped the download flow to request users' email addresses, enabling us to retarget them through personalized marketing emails and ad campaigns. As a result, we collected contact information from over 500 potential users.

Onboarding optimization

Building on the previous initiative, I designed and tested a new onboarding flow to boost our sign-up conversions.

⚡️ Through A/B testing, the new flow achieved a 67% completion rate, significantly higher than the previous version's 32%.

Growth initiatives

Developed a comprehensive referral system to incentivize users to share the app with their friends. This included everything from ideation to creating high-fidelity interfaces for the app, email templates, and webpages.

Validated the concept of offering a free subscription for successful referrals through user interviews, and rigorously tested the user flows to ensure clarity and maximize conversion rates.

Design system

Currently working on a design system in collaboration with frontend engineers to promote consistency and reduce development time by creating a comprehensive component library.

As part of this process, I am also conducting assessments to ensure accessibility and thoroughly reviewing the component library.
